Accessing Your Health Records

The Medical Arts Centre’s online booking platform does not provide access to your medical records. If you would like to view your lab results, imaging reports, hospital records, or other health information, there are provincial resources available to help you access your records online.

MyCareCompass (LifeLabs): https://www.bc.mycarecompass.lifelabs.com/ Create a free account to book appointments and view many of your laboratory results online. To access results, you must be 16 years of age or older and have had laboratory work completed within the last 30 days at a participating laboratory. The information you enter must match the information on file with the laboratory exactly. If you require assistance, please contact LifeLabs directly.
Health Gateway: https://www.healthgateway.gov.bc.ca/ A free provincial service that provides secure access to many of your health records, including lab results, imaging reports, medication history, immunizations, hospital visits, and more. Sign in using your BC Services Card.
MyHealth (Island Health): https://www.islandhealth.ca/myhealth Access your Island Health records online, including test results, appointment information, and visit summaries.

These services are separate from our clinic’s online booking system and are managed through the appropriate provincial health services.
