COVID-19

PRIMARY CARE CLINIC (FOR PATIENTS OF THE MEDICAL ARTS CENTRE)

We offer patients with a primary care physician at the Medical Arts Centre, who require primary care treatment, either telephone or online/webcam appointments. These include, but are not limited to: prescription renewals, review of test results, consultations and follow-ups. Any in-office visit that is essential will be arranged by the provider at the time of your virtual visit.

Primary care treatment visits can be arranged in advance by calling the Medical Arts Centre appointment line at 250-741-0447, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Please use your appointment time as a guide for when you may be called; it may be before or after your appointment time that the provider calls you due to previously unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. Please be patient with our staff and providers during this time.

When your doctor determines you need to be seen in office, please keep the following precautions in mind:

  • You will need to wear a mask
  • Patients will be asked to use hand sanitizer
  • We will take your temperature and history to rule out any COVID symptoms
  • To ensure social distancing waiting area chairs will be spaced apart
  • Just bring what you need, do not bring backpacks, carts or other items
  • We would ask only the patient arrive for the appointment, unless accompanying a child or someone with disabilities

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Weekends and Holidays 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
